W.O.M.A.N, Inc. is a feminist organization. As feminism evolves, so does our organization. We work towards social justice and in doing so we are intentional about the values that drive our organization forward. W.O.M.A.N., Inc.’s Cultural Praxis was created to guide the approach that we take in the work that we do. From our definition of domestic violence, to our choice of affiliated partners, to demonstrating administrative and financial transparency amongst all staff, to carrying an anti-oppression framework, the Cultural Praxis reminds us to be mindful of our structural background, and at the same time about the work we do to end domestic violence.
