There are countless public service announcements, videos and documentaries created to help the public better understand the challenges and barriers faced by organizations fighting against Social, Racial & Economic Inequalities. Take for example the subject of systemic racism. Due to a lack of exposure and lived experience, combined with psychological factors such as implicit, cognitive and confirmation biases, people who have good intent are often unaware of the racism which persists in our culture and institutions.
